Lance F. Greer, Au.D | Audiologist & Owner
Dr. Lance Greer is an audiologist and owner of Advanced Hearing & Balance Specialists, with nearly three decades of experience in hearing healthcare. He provides comprehensive services including hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus care, balance assessments, industrial hearing conservation, and VA Compensation & Pension examinations for veterans.
Dr. Greer has extensive expertise in hearing loss counseling, diagnostic testing, and treatment for dizziness and balance disorders. He also serves as the Newborn Infant Hearing Screening Director at St. George Regional Medical Center.
He and his wife, Shannon, have five children and have deep roots in the Southern Utah community. Together, they enjoy participating in local events, supporting their children’s activities, and giving back through service opportunities.
