This coverage is for all makes and models up to 5 years old and is available as long as your hearing instruments are in proper operating condition and are currently covered under an L&D replacement plan.
This coverage includes:
● Replacement of a hearing instrument due to loss, theft, or total destruction. ($395-595 deductible applies per hearing instrument.)
Once the Loss/Damage claim has been filed, it will no longer be valid regardless of the purchased coverage length. The hearing instrument will be replaced with a hearing instrument of equal value.
Description
*Pricing applies to devices up to 5 years old, currently covered under a warranty plan, that have not been previously replaced under L&D coverage. Extended warranty plans for devices over 5 years old, that are currently out of warranty and/or have been previously replaced through L&D coverage are subject to a 25% surcharge.
