COVID-19 Advanced Hearing and Balance

Thank you for being a valued patient with Advanced Hearing & Balance Specialists.  At this time of concern, we hope that you and your loved ones are healthy.

As we continue to monitor news and recommendations surrounding COVID -19 (Coronavirus), our goal is to offer continued support to the patients and staff of Advanced Hearing & Balance Specialists. Our thoughts are with all those impacted, as well as those caring for others.

Our top priority is the safety of patients, staff, and our community and we have implemented the following measures to ensure this.

Temporary Reduced Hours for – Cedar City/Hurricane/Mesquite (St George has resumed normal operation)

Walk in assistance and hearing device supply pick up will be temporarily reduced to the following:

  • Cedar City – Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • St. George – Monday – Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
  • Mesquite – Monday & Thursday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
  • Hurricane – Tuesday 9:00 am- 12:00 pm

* Our phones will continue to be answered by live representative Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm * 

Drop Off/Drive Up Services

If you need a repair/adjustment/or lab cleaning, please call us at 435-688-8866 or visit https://bit.ly/39GHl46 to schedule a drop off time.  We are able to meet you curbside!

In addition, we are taking every precaution to keep our offices sanitized and are spacing out appointments to limit the number of people in our offices at any given time.

Thank you for continuing to trust us with your hearing health care.  We remain dedicated to serving you, your family, and our community.  The changes in our office hours are temporary and we will be in constant communications to let you know when we will resume our regular office hours.
